New Roles For Women

The fast changing world of the 1920's produced new roles for women.

Many women entered a workplace as nurses, teachers, librarians, and secretaries.

However, women still faced discrimination. Women earned less then men and were kept out of many traditional male jobs.  

-This is an example of women who were studying to become nurses in the 1920's
